It felt a little more expensive than I expected

I had to return a light fixture, and I assumed it would be quick since it seemed like a simple return. The refund did come through eventually, so no real issue there, but it took longer than I expected. Support was okay too, just not as fast as I thought they’d be.

It looks nice overall, but mine had a few tiny scratches in the finish right out of the box. Not a huge deal, and it still works fine, but you can tell the quality control is a bit rough.

The shipping took forever, and that’s kind of on whoever handled it. By the time my light finally showed up, the box was beat up. The light seems okay, but the whole delivery situation was a mess

Replies took a while, and I still didn’t really get an answer.

I ordered two matching lights, or at least I’m sure I selected the same ones, but only one came in the right finish. The other was different, which was frustrating because they were supposed to go together.

Shipping also took longer than the estimate, and I ended up emailing to see what was happening. The response was polite enough, I guess, but it didn’t really clear things up much.

They did offer a return, so it wasn’t like they ignored the issue, but the whole process felt like more trouble than it should’ve been. I’m not sure I’d order from them again...

I went in expecting a decent selection, but the shelves looked picked over. A few of the lights I actually liked weren’t in stock, which made it feel like they either hadn’t kept up with inventory or didn’t have much to begin with.
